There's somethong about an impending blizzard that makes me want to make casseroles.  Anyone have some good recipes, besides tuna noodle?

2 lbs ground beef
1 bag frozen mixed veggies
1 bag frozen tater tots
1 lg. can cream of mushroom soup

Preheat to 350
Brown ground beef, drain and spread in bottom of 9x13 baking dish
Spread veggies in even layer on top of that
Pour soup over all
Place tater tots in rows to cover entire dish

Bake in oven for about an hour - you can add shredded cheddar cheese for last 10 minutes

1 pound browned ground beef
1 box bowtie pasta cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cooked frozen peas (I use 2 cause I dig on the peas)
1 can drained mushrooms
8 oz shredded co-jack cheese.

I usually add a little sour cream and milk when I'm mixing the soup together.  pour it over the pasta, beef, peas and mushrooms...bake 400 for 30 minutes, top with shredded cheese and back in the oven to brown...

super yummy.

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can crm of mushroom soup
2 cans crm of chicken soup
1 c mayo
1/4-1/2 c lemon juice
1 Tbsp onion powder
4 cans green beans, drained & rinsed
2 c finely shredded cheddar cheese
pepper to taste

Cook chicken breast in 13x9 pan (covered w/plastic wrap) in microwave, until no longer pink (meat therm. inserted into thickest part of each breast should read 180).  While chicken is cooking, mix crm of mushroom and crm of chicken soups, mayo, lemon juice, onion powder & pepper in a med. sized bowl.  Set aside cooked chicken; wash and dry the 13x9 pan.  Dump the rinsed and drained green beans (well, spread them evenly across the bottom) into the clean 13x9 pan.  Place the cooked chicken breasts on top of the beans, sprinkle cheese evenly over the top, dump the soup mixture over the top of the cheese and spread it to the edges.  Cover w/plastic wrap and cook on High setting, 20-25 min in microwave, rotating every 5 min.  OR cook uncovered in 350 oven for 45-50 min. until center is hot & bubbly.
